Overall, very happy
We have zero complaints. My kid likes the pool and I like the room. The beds are very comfy. The room is spacious. The staff are very attentive and friendly, even though my Korean is limited to one phrase (thank you). We would be select this hotel again without any hesitation. (This review is an honest one, without bias. The hotel selection was based on a very rigorous review of hotels with two or more beds, in room extras, outdoor pool, ocean view, location vs. attractions, price, prior reviews. Jeju appears to have many heavily discounted rooms with no pools, or pools where the use of a cabana is extra - we wanted simple amenities without nonsense and was ok paying a little extra for it)
