The hotel staff is absolutely fabulous. From the very first moment we entered, they made us feel like home, helped us with everything we needed, and did their best to have the best time in Jeju. The breakfast was great, and there were many options for the kids. The room was very comfortable, the swimming pool was great, and the game room was a kids' favorite place.
