Checked in late on 24/12 and was greeted by a male staff who was fluent in English. He assisted in a smooth check in process and was detailed in the rules and amenities offered. Was initially disappointed when the hotel did not decorate the room for anniversary but he was quick in his service recovery. Even though it’s nothing much but the promptness shows how much guests are valued.
Checked with staff on shower head and corkscrew too. Both were duly delivered with precision. Even the trainee staff Sally spoke good English and displayed professionalism.
Quite a bit of facilities to use in the hotel too!
