We have been to many hotels all over the world.  We have never had a host more generous, friendly and gracious as your manager, Mr. Leo.  Our four day/three night stay at the Goldenone Hotel was made special because of him.  He patiently gave us advice on what sights to see and restaurants to go to.  He was very kind to my pregnant daughter, husband and young son.  He even offered to drive us to some of the nearby tourist sights today; an offer we accepted. I would like to make sure you know what a valuable employee you have.

We plan to write a glowing review about your hotel on Trip Advisor as well.  And if any of our friends ever ask where they should stay on Jeju Island, it goes without saying that we will tell them “The Goldenone Hotel”!
