The staffs service is beyond expectation. They tried their best to help us as much as they can. Even they cater halal  food just for us.

I was impressed by all the staff there. The staff was helpful. Something happened to us on our 1st day. Our car got break down. We tried to call the car rental company, but the operator speaks in Korea. Its hard for us to communicate with them thus we seeks help from the hotel staff. Alex assisted us to call the car rental company. Our rental car got towed away. Out of goodwill, the police sent us to the hotel. Once we reached the hotel, Alex assist us to check in.

The next day, the hotel staff manager( not sure his name) helped us to book a taxi driver. He also sent us to nearest convenient store to buy SIM card. He was so helpful.
